F3 Announces New Partnership
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership between Final Third Foundation (F3) and Hidden Talent Academy (HTA), an organization dedicated to providing access to high-quality soccer programming for the Hidden Talents of the West Side of Columbus.
Aden Mohamed, Executive Director of HTA, shares his enthusiasm saying, "This was long overdue and just a matter of time. A partnership that will empower and continue to give to all the Hidden gems in our communities."
F3 will work alongside HTA to strengthen its infrastructure by supporting administration, coaching, and referee education. In addition, youth in HTA's programs will gain access to F3-specific educational and enrichment opportunities. Beyond this, F3 will collaborate with HTA to pursue grants, donors, and sponsorship opportunities while developing a workforce plan that creates pathways for coaches to take on program management roles within Columbus City Schools.
Siyat Mohamed, HTA Technical Director, said, "I am very excited about the collaboration. Together, we will create lasting impacts in our community and help uncover the full potential of our talented youth."
"We’re excited to join forces with Final Third Foundation in our shared mission to empower the next generation. Together, we're not just fostering athletic talent, but also cultivating the character and leadership skills that will help our youth thrive in all aspects of life,” said HTA Administrative Director, Murjan Osman.
Hidden Talent Academy now joins a strong list of long-time F3 soccer programs and affiliate organizations working to allow access for all, including Ohio Youth Academy, Ibada ya Kiswahili, Columbus Lions, Columbus Eagles, Galacticos FC, Columbus East FC, and Columbus East Soccer Association.
